MyFaces Core 2.2 Project. This project provides an implementation of the JavaServer Faces 2.2 (JSF 2.2) specification. The API submodule implements all of the classes that are defined in the specification. If you are looking for API documentation about the classes that your JSF application needs to use, then see the javadoc for the API module. PrimeFaces 4.0 and newer are available at Maven Central, for older releases and RC releases add the following repository definition to your pom.xml in repositories section. In case you're targeting a Java EE 7.0 runtime, then you should manually upgrade any runtime-provided JSF 2.2 library to JSF 2.3 depending on the server used. In case of WildFly/JBoss EAP, you need to manually package jsf-api.jar and jsf-impl.jar based on javax.faces.jar first. JavaServer Faces technology is a server-side user interface component framework for Java technology-based web applications. It includes A set of APIs for: representing UI components and managing their state, handling events and input validation, defining page navigation, and supporting internationalization and accessibility. Download jsf-api.jar. Jsf/jsf-api.jar.zip( 299 k) The download jar file contains the following class files or Java source files. META-INF/MANIFEST.MF javax.faces.
JavaServer Faces technology simplifies building user interfaces forJavaServer applications. Developers can build web applications byassembling reuseable UI components in a page; connecting thesecomponents to an application data source; and wiring client-generatedevents to server-side event handlers. This project provides informationon the continued development of the JavaServer Faces specification.
JavaServer Faces (JSF) is a JCP Standard technologyfor authoring component based user interfaces on theJava EE platform. This particular GitHubproject hosts theofficial JSF specification issue tracker. There are three implementations of the JSF specification, all of themdeveloped with OSI approved Open Source licenses.

Adding Mojarra Manually When Eclipse Luna/NEON/Oxygen JSF Download Library Is Empty...
When I was setting up a fresh install of JavaEE on my laptop today, the JSF Download Library would not return any results to download. Some searching suggested that I had to change my proxy settings but since I was not behind a proxy,
Actually some sorts are saying temporarily / Website is offline that's why its not downloadable ...
it would not help me. Lucky enough, JSF are just another bunch of jars that can be added to a user library.
You can download the JSF Scroll down here for newest versions of JSF jars...

Then simply; click the “Manage Libraries” icon on the JSF capabilities page click “New” and name your library
click “Add external jars” and browse to the jars you downloaded
Finally you are fully featured to the JSF Mojjara Library

I found other sotution, when you start a new dynamic Web proyect pick 'New runtime', then Oracle>Glassfish, install it and restart eclipse, JSF library is probided by Glassfish so in JSF Capabilities panel (when the new proyect is created) , glassfish is assigned by default (the System library). it works for me :)
